25 years of construction experience providing a wide range of services. Experience includes commercial, institutional, governmental
and residential projects. Past projects have ranged in value from thirty-thousand dollars to over five hundred million dollars.
Current and past certificates and licenses include OSHPD A, California General Contractors B, DSA Special Inspector, many
ICBO Special Inspector certifications and ACI Level 1.
Inspection Services:
Over 15 years of inspection
experience. Positions held have included Facilities Development Quality Assurance Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Associate,
Project Manager, Supervisor and Project Inspector. Award Winner for Market Leadership, Sales Results and Cost Effectiveness.
Recent awards from one of the largest health care providers in California include recognition for being the leader in value
engineering and for establishing new standards of inspection communications.
Construction Project Management:
Over 10 years of experience with contracting firms. Positions held have included General Contractor, Responsible Managing
Employee, General Partner, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Foreman and Tradesman. Awards received include recognition as
the Contractor of the 1988 AIA Honor Award Winning Tanner & Van Dine Offices, Commendation by The Corps of Engineers,
and Value Engineering Excellence from an ENR 400 Firm.
Computer Application Development:
Selected by
a Fortune 500 Firm ADP as their construction industry expert and provided services for a product development
aimed at the insurance industry. Services included interviewing and analysis of data base suppliers and stop-gap software
platform suppliers and management of the project software operational protocol developments. Upon completion, Lockheed
Martin was retained by ADP for software programming and noted that the software protocols were the “Most complete and
logical package ever received and would substantially reduce the normal programming costs."

governmental and residential projects. Projects have ranged in value from small projects to over five hundred million dollars.
Position held included Lead IOR, Assistant IOR, Testing Laboratory Manager, Special Inspector Supervisor, and Lead Special
Inspector.
Bundy has a thorough working knowledge of all applicable laboratory and field testing procedures required
for construction projects as defined by such organizations as ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, ICBO, AWS, ASNT, NICET, etc. He also is familiar
with materials specifications, standard test methods, and advanced calculations needed for test results.
Current
certificates and licenses include OSHPD A, California General Contractors B, ICBO Special Inspector Certification, ACI Level
1 and Nuclear Densimeter Operator.
